1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph17 website, mobile applications, and gaming services (collectively, the "Services") operated by ph17 ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any aspect of our Services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ph17 and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your account. Continued use of ph17 Services following modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to our website. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or account notification.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules applicable to particular betting or gaming activities on the ph17 platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that particular game or betting activity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use ph17 Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. ph17 operates primarily for users physically located in the Philippines and compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ph17 Services complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must create a unique username and secure password meeting our security requirements. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.

Each individual may register only one (1) account with ph17. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings. You are prohibited from allowing any other person to access or use your account credentials.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must immediately notify ph17 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. ph17 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account unless such unauthorized use results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ph17 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, cryptocurrency (USDT), and other methods as specified on our website. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

You warrant that all funds deposited to your ph17 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. We reserve the right to conduct due diligence checks on deposits and to refuse deposits that we suspect may be connected to money laundering or other illegal activities. Transaction fees, if any, are clearly communicated before completion of the deposit transaction.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon for security or operational reasons. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your account settings.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements. Accounts with active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements cannot withdraw funds until wagering requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.

3.3 Fees and Currency

ph17 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals using standard payment methods. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. All gaming activities, balance displays, and financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless you specifically select an alternative currency where available. Currency conversion, if applicable, uses prevailing market exchange rates at the time of transaction.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on ph17 are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed, except in cases of obvious system error or technical malfunction as determined solely by ph17. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all bet details including stake amount, odds, and selection before submission. Stakes are deducted from your account balance immediately upon bet placement.

ph17 reserves the right to void bets, refuse bets, or limit betting amounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect irregular betting patterns, syndicate play, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system errors. Maximum bet limits vary by game type, event, and account status.

4.2 Casino Games

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently tested and audited for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term payout rates. Individual session results may vary significantly from theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance in gambling outcomes.

4.4 Winnings and Payouts

Winning bets are credited to your account balance immediately upon official settlement of the relevant event or game outcome. Sports betting settlements are based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or official data provider. Any subsequent changes to official results after settlement (such as disqualifications or result amendments) will result in bet resettlement where applicable.

Maximum payout limits apply to certain bet types and sports events as specified in our betting rules. Progressive jackpot wins and major tournament prizes may be paid in installments at ph17's discretion. All winnings are subject to our verification procedures before withdrawal is permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph17 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration periods, and withdrawal restrictions. Bonus terms are clearly stated in the promotion details and must be read carefully before opting in.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. We reserve the right to withhold or confiscate bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play if we determine that bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or exploitation of promotional offers has occurred. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting across accounts, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any activity inconsistent with normal recreational gaming behavior.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per account at any time. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all specified wagering requirements are met. Withdrawal of real money funds before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play. Players may opt out of active bonuses at any time by contacting customer support, resulting in removal of bonus funds and associated winnings from the account balance.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using the Services if you are under 21 years of age or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity
• Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate or gain unfair advantage in games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Money laundering or using ph17 Services to transfer funds between individuals
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code of our software
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your location or circumvent geographical restrictions
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or syndicate play
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph17 staff or other users
• Attempting to manipulate, influence, or corrupt sporting events or their outcomes

ph17 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting illegal activities conducted through our platform.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance. Funds remaining in closed accounts for more than 90 days may be subject to administrative fees. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at ph17's sole discretion.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

ph17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or conducted yourself in a manner we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business operations, reputation, or other users.

In the event of account closure for terms violations, ph17 reserves the right to confiscate account balances, void pending bets, withhold winnings, and pursue recovery of any financial losses or damages resulting from your breach. You will be notified of account closure via email to your registered email address.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no gaming activity (deposits, bets, or withdrawals) for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant accounts. ph17 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱500 or 5% of the account balance, whichever is lower, on dormant accounts. You will be notified via email before any fees are deducted from dormant accounts.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

ph17 Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph17 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to losses resulting from system failures, technical malfunctions, unauthorized account access (except where caused by our gross negligence), or third-party payment processing delays.

ph17 is not responsible for any losses arising from acts of God, power failures, internet service interruptions, government actions, labor disputes, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount deposited to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our Services, you must first contact our customer support team in writing via email with detailed information about the dispute. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal complaint resolution process.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to pursue class action litigation against ph17. All claims must be brought individually. You agree to attempt good faith resolution of disputes before initiating formal legal proceedings.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials on ph17 Services are owned by or licensed to ph17 and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ph17 Services without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and financial damages.

11. Responsible Gaming Commitment

ph17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.
